Overview

If you have created a website with an outdated version of the Nicepage Application, it may generate Contact Forms with vulnerabilities producing spam in Leads and Contact Form Submissions.

IMPORTANT! You need to update your site!

  1. If you don't update your site by December 01, 2023, you will not receive the Contact Form and submissions and submissions to Google Sheets, Leads, and send emails.
  2. You MUST have Google Recaptcha set in the Site Settings.

Update Version

Please do the following to resolve the spam issue from the Contact Form.

For Nicepage-Hosted Websites

  • Open your site in the Online Builder.
  • Open the page with the Contact Form.
  • Make any changes on the page.
  • Publish the website.

For Websites In WordPress Or Joomla

  • Open the Admin Panel.
  • Update the Nicepage Plugin or Extension.
  • Open the page with the Contact Form in the Nicepage Editor.
  • Make any changes on the page.
  • Save the page.
  • Publish the page.

For HTML Websites

  • Update the Application to the latest version.
  • Open the page with the Contact Form.
  • Make any changes on the page.
  • Export the website to HTML.
  • Upload the website to your hosting.
